An intermediate workshop for those who have started coaching and/or attended a previous course.

This event will be held at Hampshire House, Kingswinford, West
Midlands, DY6 8AW, close to junction 2 of the M5.

This one day workshop for ADIs will cover:
- Practical coaching situations
- Coaching conversations
- Barriers to coaching
- Feedback and Self Evaluation Techniques
- Feedback on Delegates ' Coaching Methods
- Networking with Like Minded ADIs

Delegate fee:
Earlybird: £95 (Must be booked before 14th April 2012). Thereafter: £125.
