"I came to one of your coaching courses last year as a PDI, just before I went for my Part 3 test. I got so much from your course and everyone was very helpful in giving me advice for my Part 3. I am now a qualified ADI and am really enjoying my new career! "
Amanda Blatch ADI

"I really enjoyed the last course and have introduced a lot of the coaching skills into my everyday instruction"
Jenny Copley ADI

"May I inform you, modestly, that I reached the holy grail (Grade 6) on my check test last week. The examiner complimented me on my coaching skills. I put this down, in no small way, to the training provided by Neil and yourself. Thank you both!"
Larry Girling ADI

"Thanks for today, your encouragement and feedback, has started to give me confidence already. I am happy to be guided by you."
PDI Part 3 Angela Turner

"Your presentation on coaching was inspirational, and I want to know more about coaching"
Jusna Begum ADI

"Many thanks for the seminar, it was a very interesting and enjoyable day. Needless to say I did go away and look at the way I currently teach. I have changed the way I approach each lesson and put into practice some of your 'Coaching' methods. One student did give himself 9/10 for his drive from home to college one day, personally I think he was more of a six!! Not being judgemental, I did ask him where he could improve to make that a 10/10 and he came back with several comments which made me feel my original 6 was correct."
Wayne Kriehn ADI

"Your Check Test 2011 was my best purchase ever! It's a must have for all ADI's."
Pam Sahota ADI

"Firstly many thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening workshop on Sunday. I found the whole day inspirational and was looking forward to putting some of the coaching techniques into practice. I have used quite a lot of the techniques on a lady who started with me yesterday, the lady in question passed her test over 20 years ago and for various reasons has not driven on her own for the past 12 years. Within 20 minutes of meeting and driving around an off road area I turned to her and asked her if she wanted to drive on her own, she was stunned that I trusted her to drive my car without me in it. Off she went on her own perfectly in control! This is the first time I have had someone cry with joy at the end of a lesson, she was absolutely overjoyed. Her goal is to drive her car on her own to see her Mother in Sheffield in May, she is putting together her own Mind Map in preparation for her next lesson so we can work towards her goal, I have every confidence she can achieve that goal. Many thanks once again for a fantastic day."
Mike Garton ADI

"I would highly recommend the course to anyone with an open mind who is willing to see thing's from a different perspective, thank's again Lynne (& Neil) for a great informative day."
Robert Brown ADI

"Thanks for a great day on coaching I really enjoyed it, worth the journey!
See you both again in the very near future.."
Michael Dixon ADI

"I can't thank you enough for your help. Your help was the key factor in passing the exam with what I believe good grades, looking back i believe i could have got 6-6, if I had believed in myself and the fear factor wasn't in equation."
Kuldip Singh ADI Part 3

“I thoroughly enjoyed the day and am sure we will all benefit. It was entertaining as well as informative: your enthusiasm for coaching was very obvious and infectious”.
Association Secretary North Avon Association of Instructors, Alan Hamer

“Thanks to you and Neil for an extremely interesting day. It made the 340 mile round trip worthwhile and got me really thinking about how I can change my teaching methods.”
Barry Mitchell, Somerset

“Many thanks for a most enjoyable, entertaining and inspiring course. I expected to come away with a few extra tools for the toolkit but I came home with a couple of new toolkits to add to the existing set. I shall commence tomorrow using the best Q and A techniques I have come across in nearly 10 years as an ADI. I am going to allow my coachees to rate themselves on their achievements as well as rating myself. I am inspired and committed to improve my coaching skills and needed the course as a kick start. Thank you both.”
Mike Evans, Cheshire

“Thanks for a very informative and fun day. I found it brilliant that within 30 minutes I had learnt new ways of going forward with my own instructional abilities. I began today with my new techniques and using GROW we achieved the pupils goals not mine. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to benefit from this excellent coaching day.”
Sue Leonard, Hampshire

“Thanks for a great day out I really enjoyed it. Today instead of telling my pupil how to turn in the road I asked if she had read the handout on it. When she said yes I asked her to give it a try and she did it in 3 moves. She scored herself 5 out of 10 and said she knew she would need to look around more. The smile on her face said it all!”
Dave Griffin West Sussex

"Thank you to you and Neil for a great training day. We feel that we can move our learning skills one more step forward and to get better results from our pupils over time."

"I attended your course earlier in the year and I thought that [it] was brilliant. You and Neil made me think about the way I teach: I put into practice many of the things that I learnt on that day and my pupils responded straight away. I would do the course again and look forward to your book. Coaching is a big subject so there is more for me to learn. I think this is the key to success. Learning is a powerful tool. The more I can learn about coaching the better ADI I can become."
Jonathan Cole ADI, Leicester

"I have been using the coaching techniques learnt on your coaching seminar and have found them very useful. I find that asking a pupil what they would like to achieve by the end of the lesson focuses their thoughts and they are pleased that they can set their own goals. A discussion always seems better than telling them what they must do. Also the scoring system "how do you think you did on a scale of 1-10?" helps them to develop their skills by taking responsibility for their own learning."
Megan Hall

“I would like to thank you and Neil for an extremely enjoyable and informative day. I was particularly impressed with the personal touches i.e. the confectionery, bottles of water and the coffee being poured for me. We were looked after very well indeed. The serious side of the course was about beating the recession and ways to beat this were put over brilliantly by you both, with Neil’s tremendous sense of humour and down to earth approach and Lynne your thoroughness and expertise. The rapport you have with each other is wonderful. Personally, the Grade 6 role play was very helpful and Lynne you were excellent, well done! Today, I actually used some of the methods you displayed and I had a great day at work. This is why courses like yours are so good, they give us impetus and replenish our enthusiasm by making driving instruction more interesting and enjoyable. If we find it interesting and enjoyable, then so will our customers. I highly recommend the course to other ADI’s - it was great value for money.”
Dot Riley ADI, Lancashire

“Would like to thank yourself and Neil for a very informative Sunday ....looking forward to the next one!”
Mark Valente ADI, Glasgow

“The seminar was very positive about the recession, it made me realise there is nothing to worry about and to keep taking any business. The coaching part was wonderful and has fired me up to learn more, anything that helps learners to enjoy their lesson and to keep safe is great, they learn quicker, therefore getting more recommendations for you. I really look forward to the next seminar and will be telling others to try and go to one.”
Megan Churchyard ADI, Staffordshire

“Having the opportunity to listen to Neil’s stories, seeing the pictures of how he built up his business, provoked me to thinking, ‘How can I apply what he did to my own business?’ This was worth the money in itself. Your coaching bit, could be a seminar in itself. Well done! So glad I attended.“
Dean Fryer-Saxby ADI, Bedfordshire

“Just to say thank you for Sunday it was certainly informative and very helpful and enjoyable. You have both put a lot of work and thought into it and it certainly showed on the day. Well done on a successful day.”
Robin Speirs ADI, Eastbourne

'In these difficult times the investment you will make in this seminar will be more than recouped in both business revenue and personal advancement. You will learn new skills and new ways of teaching which will put you and your business ahead of your competitors. I know of nowhere else where you can obtain such good value, quality training that is so relevant to our driver training industry.'
Dawn Symonds ADI, West Midlands

“Worth every penny, an excellent day!”
Gavin Frost ADI, West Midlands
